Diane A. Vidal is a senior attorney with Chiumento Law where she leads the Estate Planning and Probate Department for the law firm. She is triple barred, licensed to practice law in three states: New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Recipient of the New Jersey Super Lawyer, Rising Star award for 5 years in a row, she is well recognized and respected by her colleagues. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and is a member of the Portuguese Culture Club of Palm Coast, Florida. 

Diane currently serves as the 2023 President of the Flagler County Bar Association and serves as Vice President for the Professional Women of Flagler County. Winner of the 2022 Women in Business Civil Leader Award by the Daytona Beach News Journal, she is dedicated to our community. In 2022, Diane was also named as one of the Women of the Month for the Portuguese American Leadership Council of the United States (PALCUS). 

Diane loves relaxing on Palm Coast beaches with her two adorable children and husband, Rui.
