Dr. Maria Dowling is the owner of MD Consulting Company and the founder of EleVateHER Mastermind Community. Her passion for education, learning and people led her to devote her life to self-growth and helping others achieve their personal and business aspirations. Dr. Maria has degrees from Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University and is a nationally certified coach and leadership expert. Her firm specializes in the “People Side of Business”; helping balance business needs with human potential.  As a neuroscientist with a doctorate degree in Psychology, MBA and over 20 years of experience, Dr. Maria provides a holistic approach that includes positive psychology, (neuro)science and business strategies to take leaders to the next level and help business owners and executives achieve their vision of success. She offers a wide array of services; including executive and leadership coaching, business consulting, workshops/seminars, and public speaking engagements.   

Dr. Maria has been married for over 20 years to a wonderful husband, firefighter and paramedic. She has three children and three dogs. She has been a Florida resident since she was 5 years old and recently moved to Flagler Beach to be close to the ocean. She enjoys the beach, listening to music, playing pool and chess.
