Hosting a PWFC event is a perfect opportunity to share your expertise and wisdom to an extraordinary community of business owners and leaders.

Being an Event Host gives PWFC Members the opportunity to showcase their business to the PWFC membership. All funds collected from this opportunity (if any as a registration fee) go directly to the PWFC Grant Program. 

Filling out a request is NOT a guarantee you will be able to host as we have numerous members that request to host. The Executive Board and the Director of Events will make the decision of the Event Host. 

Benefits:

• 5 minutes to speak at the Networking Event in front of 20-30 attendees. 
• Recognition in the related email marketing newsletters
• Recognition for a two-week period on the PWFC website

Requirements - Once a date has been determined, please forward the following information:

• Company Logo
• A short bio of the business.
• A brief informational paragraph, which will be used to introduce the speaker at the meeting
• Company website address, Facebook and/or Instagram)
• Be able to host the event from 5pm – 7:30pm 
• Must have parking available
• Finger foods for attendees (Currently sponsored, but please verify if approved)

If you do not have the “space” to host the event indoors:

• We can always consider doing it in your outdoor space
• You can be an Event Sponsor and supply the finger food and/or drinks
• Complete the form and we can create something for you
